A purchase order and your artwork are required to begin the proofing process (see Art Guidelines). Once these are received, we will arrange turn around virtualproofs via e-mail to the provided addresses within 72 hours.

If you need a mockup of the final piece, complete with actual die-cutting and full assembly, an additional cost set-up charge will apply. If a custom die is required, that must be purchased in advance.
Fully Plantable seed paper promotional products require a minimum order of 2000. Integrated products e.g. bookmark with seed shape or postcard with attached seed shape etc minimum quantitiy 100 order, if the seed paper shape is in current stock. If a new die is required, there is a minimum order quantitiy of 2500. We do have over 150 shapes available to choose from but usually have approximately 5 common shapes in a variety of colours in stock.
Standard turnaround is 14-21 working days from proof approval to ship date. The delivery date cannot be determined until receipt of your proof approval and deposit. Rush production is available for an additional charge. Remember shipping time can vary from10-15 days. From art work please allow up to 6 -7 weeks. This may vary depending on quantities and time of the year.

Letterpress Printing Letterpress printing requires a custom plate per color, per side and is the only printing option available for our colored seed paper. Additional charges apply for each custom plate.
